JANE BADU, OWNER
As a designer of African heritage, I am passionate about both nature and sustainability. I work to create spaces layered with natural materials like black timbers, heavy linens and textured plasters. We combine natural finishes with bold colours, patterns and contemporary fixtures to create eclectic interiors filled with stories.
Having graduated from Salford University with a HND in Graphic Design I decided to go back to university and pursue my passion for Interior Design. I gained a Diploma from the London College of Communication in 2006. I have worked for various design studios in London including Caulder Moore, Fitch, Harlequin Design and Seen Studios and with brands including Sweaty Betty, Joseph, Chloe, Bentley and John Lewis.
The online shop carefully sources homeware alongside collections I designed, inspired by my travels and the desire to bring together eclectic and exciting pieces with soul for the modern home wearenomads.co.uk.
