Working with Molton Brown on the rollout of their new retail concept was all about translating a bold vision into a seamless, real-world experience. The brand had already defined fragrance as the centrepiece of their new direction, and my role was to ensure that elements were detailed and fit spaces cohesively.
My focus was on the practicalities of rollout: how to ensure that the retail elements felt consistent and elevated. The result was a fully immersive and intuitive shopping journey where fragrance takes centre stage, giving Molton Brown a concept that’s both luxurious and approachable, and a rollout that could scale across multiple locations. I worked on the rollout in Dubai and at John Lewis.
